Regularly Scheduled Services
(This is a list of services normally included in all contracts.
It can be adjusted based on a client's request.)

  • Empty trash and replace liners.
  • Wash all surfaces removing fingerprints, smudges, coffee rings, etc.
  • Dust exposed ledges including moldings, grills, vents and chairs.
  • Vacuum all carpets, including carpeted stairs.
  • Vacuum carpet edges monthly.
  • Vacuum upholstered furniture once per month or as needed.
  • Clean and sanitize telephones.
  • Damp mop all hard-surface floors.
  • Sweep corners of floors and hard-to-reach areas.
  • Clean and sanitize restrooms.
  • Clean and sanitize lunchrooms.
  • Clean and sanitize drinking fountains.
  • Spot clean marks from walls, doors, frames and handles.
  • Dust all blinds once per month or as needed.
  • Vacuum or dust ceiling vents once per month.
  • Dust ceiling areas to remove cobwebs monthly.
  • Clean glass doors.
  • Dust windowsills.
